I'm a 17-year-old student passionate about emerging technologies, social justice, and finance. I founded Dollar Seeds as a way to give back to my community and address the issues of financial literacy in immigrant communities. Check out some of my projects here!
Unfortunately, Canadian immigrants struggle with high living costs, inflation, and Canada's economic system. Current government financial resources aren't up to par as they aren't practical and don't address specific needs.
Although services in different languages and practical situations have been suggested, no progress has been made

To build any form of knowledge, you need to start with a foundation, and from there, through experiences and further learning you grow, the same way a seed grows into a large oak tree.
The same applies to financial literacy. Dollar Seeds aims to plant the seeds of basic and simple knowledge, allowing for growth and sustaining a future where financial illiteracy is no longer an issue.
